It seems that the next wave of potential homeowners are planning for inheritances to play a large part in their purchase of property. It’s being reported that this is the ‘biggest wealth transfer in history’, with baby boomers passing on their considerable means to the next generation. Real Estate Weekly conducted a survey to come to some conclusions, including the importance of transit, whether densification is supported, and what the majority of these prospective owners will be looking to buy.
