Don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour this Sunday! It’s that time of year again – Daylight Saving Time ends November 2nd at 2AM on the dot. Most smartphones and other devices connected to the internet have options to automatically change the time according to your region, which might be a beneficial thing to turn on if you think you might forget. According to studies, it could take more than a week for your body to adjust to the time change, so make sure you allow for enough rest; exercise is also a good idea to help your body adjust.
