January is typically a month where activity dips down, but this past month had the highest sales ever for January on record.

Here’s a little numbers breakdown:

– Last month’s sales were 57% above the 10-year average

– New listings were down 8% from the previous year

– Even though sales compared to the previous month were down 13%, they were up 57% to the previous year
