Sellers often prefer bids that are all cash. If yours isn’t, there are some things that you can do to improve your chances of getting the property. These include:
- Put in your top offer right away.
- Increase your offer.
- Try to accommodate special terms from the seller.
- Offer flexibility.
- Get everything done in advance with regards to paperwork, etc.
- Make it personal.
- Make an “as is” offer.
