Figures from the ICBC show that Langley has the highest proportion of collector cars in the province. According to an article in the Langley Times , there is one collector licence plate for roughly every 100 people in Langley.
Wayne Patterson, president of the Langley Cruise-in, said that he wasn’t surprised to hear it. “We’ve always had cars in Langley and lots of collector cars,” he said.
