Potential buyers need to be wowed by your home from the very first sight, and you should be doing everything you can to maximize the chances of that. Here are some relatively easy way’s to add to your home’s curb appeal:

  1. Repaint your front door.
  2. Get a new welcome mat.
  3. Get a new house number plaque or sign.
  4. Do some work on the flower beds in your yard.
  5. Get a new mailbox.
  6. Wash your windows and add some plants in window boxes.
  7. Repaint your garage door and get new handles.
  8. Buy new garden/porch furniture.
  9. Add shutters to your windows.
  10. Add decorative lighting to your home’s exterior.
