DECEMBER MARKET  STATS  ARE OUT!

Fraser Valley real estate experienced the strongest year in its history in 2016, with record-setting numbers seen in both total MLS® transactions and overall dollar volume sold.

Here’s a little breakdown:

– December sales were down 37.4% from the same month a year before
– There were 8% fewer homes listed than the previous year
– The benchmark price for a single-family detached home was $$856,700
