FEBRUARY MARKET STATS ARE OUT!
The Fraser Valley housing market returned to more typical levels in February, with sales and new listing intake on-par with the 10-year average for the month.
Here’s a little breakdown:
– February sales were down 41.5% from the same month a year before
– There were 33.9% fewer homes listed than the previous year
– The benchmark price for a single-family detached home was $859,300
