APRIL MARKET STATS ARE OUT!
The Fraser Valley real estate market continued to show strength in April, reaching the highest sales level for the region in the past ten months.
Here’s a little breakdown:
– April sales were down 24.9% from the same month a year before
– There were 13.8% fewer homes listed than the previous year
– The benchmark price for a single-family detached home was $888,900
