JULY MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

Sales activity remained strong in July, despite month-over-month decreases for each of the three major residential property types. This was the sixth strongest July historically for the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.

Here’s a little breakdown:

  • July sales were down 1.3% from the same month a year before.
  • There were 2.3% more homes listed than the previous year.
  • The benchmark price for a single-family detached home was $966,000.
