Competition for condominiums and townhomes pushed Metro Vancouver home sales above typical levels in August.
Here’s a little breakdown:
– August sales were up 20% from the 10-year average for the month.
– There were 1.1% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
– The benchmark price for a home in Metro Vancouver was $1,029,700.
