Feeling flexible and thirsty? Combine yoga and beer tasting at this event series from Langley’s own Trading Post Brewing. The Bend & Brew series takes place monthly. Each session costs $20 and includes an hour of yoga followed by a 16oz beer.
Spots are limited, so you should reserve yours. Yoga mats are not provided. Bend & Brew takes place at Trading Post Brewing (107 – 20120 64th Ave, Langley) on the following dates:
