This month we have some very interesting info on our housing market, CMAC is now saying we are moderately overvalued instead of highly overvalued. This means the marketplace is starting to level off and there will be some stability. There is some speculation we will be seeing Hong Konger’s looking for a safe haven here in the lower mainland due to their political crisis.
