Everyone knows that Real estate market is going crazy now.

Here is my top 4 tips on how to make sure, you will have smooth transaction:

  1. Chose your closing day in the beginning or middle of the month. This is time when most Notary offices and other real estate providers are less busy.

  2. Avoid closing day on Friday. It is rare that things go wrong on the closing day, but if your closing day is on Thursday, you have one more working day to fix any disasters.

  3. Allow plenty of time between subjects removal and closing day. One month or even 2 months is the we best. It is not always possible to have long closing day , if you have shorter closing days, make sure you know the office that will be able to take your file on a short notice.

  4. And final and most important tip is not to schedule sale and purchase closing on the same day. Always allow for one or 2 days in between. Keep it in mind that until Sale money are received, you will not have money to buy the place.

If you have any questions about your transaction, please do not hesitate to call my office.

The only “stupid “ questions is the one you do not ask.

Sincerely,

Irina Bartnik
