Hello and Welcome to our January Newsletter.

The BC assessment authority released its online 2020 valuations. We are seeing some pretty big increases. Locally, Langley, on average increased by 7%.

This month our featured listing is #213-8880 202 Ave located in Walnut Grove. The Residences is a quality 55+ complex. This home is located on the quiet side of the building. Here we have desirable senior living.

Our Langley infographic is showing the market is full steam ahead. It is a Seller’s Market all around.

Tiny Kittens, is a local Langley cat rescue with big paws. They rescue locally and educate globally.

Landon and Lisa were great to work with. They asked lots of questions, making sure they were fully informed. We saw lots of homes until we found the right one. It was a pleasure working with them.

Rita Cousins, Mortgage Broker, talks about the pros and cons on purchasing vacation property. Soon or later we will be able to travel outside our bubble and right now there could be some great deals out there.

Irina Bartnik gives an update on how a Power of Attorney works. It is not just for old people.

In the news, due to the increase in tax assessment values, the home owner grant threshold is being increased to $1,625,000 ensuring the same percentage of British Columbia homeowners continue to be eligible.

The market is hot and no sign of letting up in this Covid environment. Now is the time to give your ideas an action plan. When to buy or sell, pricing strategies and of course how to be safe from Covid. Together we can lay out this plan. Feel free to call. We can do a safe zoom meeting and start on reaching your 2021 real estate goals.
