SALES in the Fraser Valley edged up slightly to 222, just 1% higher than last week.
The bigger shift came from the supply side, with new listings jumping 30% to 820.
Prices remain below original asking, with homes selling on average about 4.9% under list price, showing buyers still have negotiating room as inventory builds.
Canada’s average asking rent has reached a new bottom, tumbling 2.8 per cent year-over-year in February, helping to restore affordability to levels not seen in years. π Details Here
