Hello and Welcome to our March Newsletter.
This month’s market update looks at the spike in B.C. home sales.
Is it attributed to remote work, increased savings or low interest rates? Is it sustainable?
This month’s featured listing is 8959 Glover Rd. Located in Fort Langley, tastefully updated and ready for you to move in. Priced well too!!!
The Langley infographic is telling us it is still very much a Seller’s market all around.
Spring is just around the corner and now is the time to get out and take a walk and shed those Covid pounds. Take a look at Langley's 10 best nature parks.
Rita Cousins, mortgage broker, says maybe it’s time to do a mortgage check-in. With the lower rates it might be beneficial to take a look at what you are paying every month.
While we always provide the use of a professional, I did come across this article on seven home staging tips. It is a good start in preparing your home for sale.
Good news for tenants. There is some talk that the Provincial government may extend the rent freeze until the end of the year.
Well that’s it for this month. Selling or Buying in this heated market can be stressful. It is important to have someone at your side with the experience to handle some this craziness. Someone with a plan. Call, text or email your real estate question to me. I always answer my phone right away.
In closing I want to say thanks for dropping by, Have a great day and I look forward to seeing you soon.
