About Me

Hi there! My name is Andy Schildhorn, and I've been a proud resident of Langley for over 30 years. I fell in love with this community the moment I arrived and have been working in real estate since 1992.

As a real estate agent, I am passionate about helping my clients find their dream home. With over 29 years of experience in real estate and a 23-year Medallion Standing (top 10% of sellers), I can guide you through the local market values, schools, community services, and all the benefits of living in this fantastic area. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or looking to downsize, I am here to help you make calm, measured decisions and remove the stress of the process.

Real estate can be stressful, but with my high level of marketing expertise and knowledge of the Langley market, I am here to help you sell your home quickly and at the highest price. My job is to protect your interests, answer your questions promptly, and execute your wishes in a timely manner. Let me help you find your perfect place in this wonderful community I am passionate about.

Let's talk about your Real Estate plans. Let's book a time to discuss your real estate dreams.

My Family and Community

My family means everything to me. I'm married to my lovely wife, Nina, and we have two incredible children, Justin and Andrea.

When I'm not working, I'm proud to have demonstrated my commitment to the community in several ways. I'm a founding director and past president of the Fort Langley Business Improvement Association, a past member of the Fort Langley Lions, and currently serve as Chair of the Fort Langley Community Association. I also spent 25 years serving with the Langley Township Fire Department and served as treasurer and director of the North Langley Chamber of Commerce. For six years, I was on the board of directors of Ishtar House, a safe haven for women and children who have experienced violence.
