Fort Langley Jazz Festival taking place this July 26th - 28th is a full weekend of music. There is free music during the day with lots to do and 3 evening ticketed events. I have two tickets to all three events which can be yours! All you have to do is enter my contest on my Facebook page by liking and commenting about the Festival. The Township is offering a variety of free and low-cost outdoor events in every neighbourhood during July and August. “Summer Nights in the Township is a series of free and low-cost family-friendly events held throughout the Township that are open to residents and non-residents. Everyone is welcome to attend. We try to rotate events throughout the Township to give people the opportunity to enjoy a free experience close to home,” said special events manager, Kevin Muirhead. “This year’s lineup includes concerts, movies in the park, Family Fun Nights and a Community Water Fight. Plus, we have our popular events at The Outdoor Experience at Aldergrove Community Centre returning this year as well.” Concerts at the Willoughby Community Park Amphitheatre every Thursday evening at 7 p.m. will showcase talented musicians from different genres, while outdoor movies at various parks will feature family-friendly films.
